Received a call from this number and the Perp's name was Tommy Olmsted at ext 129. He stated he was filing a claim for the state of Texas. Same number, different name and extension.
These people have called my parents house which I haven't lived there in 6 yrs. I called the number back because I didn't know what it was for. The guy Mitch I spoke with was highly ignorant did not state that he was trying to collect a debt, ignored me several times when I asked where I could send a payment to, refused the payment amount I told him that I could afford to make. This man had me so stressed out that I starting having contractions because I am expecting and I told him that I did not need this bull [***] right now because I'm expecting. I told him I wanted to start paying on my debt too! But he was rude!!!
Check out their website kramercollects.com and read under recovery rates it's scary! I had a vm from Elizabeth at ext. 114. I'm not returning their call nor answering their calls. No mention in the vm that this was an attempt to collect a debt just a claim number. We filed bankruptcy 10 years ago and have paid all bills since then. They can kiss my [***]!
