I keep getting calls from this number on my cel phone also. I too am on the "Don;t Call List". I just rediled the number and got a recording that the number was disconnected!! I sure hope so!!
Called...Asked for owner, they would not tell me who they are, they said they had never phoned me before, even after calling me everyday for the last week. Then they said they do not want to talk to me, and hung up..
When this number called, they tried to disguise their voice as of they had a fabric material covering the mouth piece asking for the owner of the business.
What i usually do is keep these scammers on hold or mute the phone making them think that they are on hold.
They usually hang up right away.
