They say they are a location service. They say they are verifying an address for an item that needs to be mailed.
I called back the number cuz I didn't understand the name that the caller was giving me. Anyway, she gave me their website http://www.everest-inc.com/
Told her I didn't know who they were calling about. She says she'll remove my number from the list.
We'll see if that happens. Only time will tell.
Called today & I answered. It was a guy on the line. He said he was trying to get some documents out and needed to verify my info. (What sense does this make, be specific??) He said my name and my former address. I said yes that's me but I no longer live there. He said okay, we just need the last 4 of your social security number. I hung up.
