got called from this number within 1 hour each time. NOt the first time I;ve been called by this # either. Just dont answer it, must be scam,red flag, people, no real phone # starts with a 0.

Got a call and it had bad reception. It was a man and he called twice.  He knew my name.

Called me twice.....I answered the 2nd time and nothing.
