In the past hour I have received over 20 calls from this number. I finally picked it up the last 3 times and no one was there or at least was not answering me. I feel this is someone looking for a specific person to answer the phone which is a bit unnerving. Calls are showing up as coming from the District of Columbia. Someone needs to put a stop to these calls.
called once two days ago and twice yesterday. The caller said they were wanting to know if someone living here needed help for alcohol or substance abuse.
