Who called from 2020379286

The called, I answered the phone, there was nobody there.  Put the phone on speakerphone and just left it there, after about 20 seconds somebody said 'Hello' and you could here a lot of voices in the background.  I didn't bother to respond.  Caller ID showed Out of area.

Called several times in one day. I  will not answer the phone if I don't know the number. It's just annoying.

THIS IS A SCAMMER spoke to me in another language then used english  phishing for information

6th call today.... annoying!!!

I receive a number twice from this number within an hour of each other.  When I answer and say hello, not one answers and then it disconnects!!
