Answer, then rings and a man with foreign accent answers

had 6 of these calls yesterday and 2 already this morning.  I want it to stop nos.

Got got a phone call from (202)100-1000 from Washington DC. After asking if I was Sara Lewis he proceeded to say that I owed thousands of dollars in back taxes. I went off on him telling him I know about this scam. He then said "show me the proof that this is a scam"and started fighting with me.  So I hung up..

I have received 4 calls from this number today. I didn't answer them. I came right to this site to look it up and now I know it's a scam and will not answer it.

Received two calls and they didn't leave a message
