For historical reasons, there are ABSOLUTELY NO numbers in at least the US and in Canada that have an an exchange (the three-digit number after the three-digit area code) of less than 200. In this case, the exchange is 111, so the number is either spoofed or a foreign non-10 digit number (many such numbers exist) that your caller ID cannot read or properly display.
I got two calls from this number today. First time I could hear them in the background for about 20-30 seconds. A woman asking if someone had answered and some other unintelligible comments from male voices. Then a guy that sounded like a kid said he was calling about my computer and that he was from Microsoft. I basically told him to F-off and not call me again. About an hour or so later I got called again, answered it and was met with silence until a computerized voice said "goodbye" and hung up.
