Who called from 2021111111

I got a call from the same number as everyone else.  I did a little digging.  This is NOT legit in any form.  See the info below I found.

The caller, with the obligatory indian accent, informed me that he was from "the Windows department". I said - Oh goodie!!! My windows are filthy! When can you start?  He promptly hung up.  Dang, I'll have to wait another day to get my windows washed!  :)

Awesome, I should have said this as well when they called me this morning. :) I will keep that in mind for next time.

Got a call from this number with no answer and heavy breathing at first. After a few seconds a guy with an Indian accent tried to tell me something about my Microsoft computer (we don't own anything Microsoft). I said excuse me and then he muttered something, called me a motherf***** and hung up. Scam for something but they suck at whatever they are trying to do.

Two calls in succession from this #.  I did not answer either one, no message on voicemail from that #.
