Because these calls are almost 99% coming from India is why. We have no jurisdiction there. Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so. All we can do is report at this time and hope they can get on India to stop this.

An IRS agent by the name of Dennis Ryder with a British accent called me today and told me there was a warrant for my arrest because I owed $1500 in back taxes. He demanded that I pay the full amount immediately or face criminal charges. I hung up and he had the nerve to call me again. BEWARE OF THE IRS TELEPHONE SCAMS!!
