Caller ID says Sam Horton. When I pick up the line is silent. Another number I am getting fed up with as it calls at least daily. I am on the no call list, so why am I getting all these harrassing phone calls?
This is a frequent caller .. the phone will ring two to three rings and then the caller will hang up. Especially annoying when the call comes in the early morning hours. I do not pick up if I don't recognize the caller's phone number or name.
