Who called from 2022396023

Who is Sam Horton?  We keep getting calls from this number but will not answer.  Is he selling something or is this some sort of hoax?

I received several calla from this number, it is annoying. Stops what you are doing, to pick up no answere then hng up.  I don't answer names nor numbers I don't know, Nor unknown name or number or out of the area with
no name or number. Sickining.

These people are a real nuisance.  Calls 3-4 times/day (early AM until 9 PM)

I am not interested in impeaching President Obama and would like these calls to stop, but the number given to end the calls coming is recited so fast it's nearly impossible to get it.
