Who called from 2022396023

Sam Horton first call, same number but said anonymous second time and just now again third time.  I blocked the number on my phone.

this call start 202-644-9035, then changed  to 978-530-2718 .

Unless you know somebody in area code 202, it's a safe bet it's a political call.

Would like these calls to stop.

I've long ago blocked this number, but it still keeps trying to call. They are nothing if not persistent.
