I had the same thing happen! He has called me 17 times so far today. He told me I must have my attorney call them ASAP. What ever happened with it since this post? Do you have any advice for me?

received call from foreigner possibly India decent. Very demanding that I give him my SS# and he would tell me who was suing me. Says his firm is American Legal Services and his name is Michael Shaw. Called me "honey" and said that if I didn't want to co-operate I could expect a visit from police on Monday morning with papers. Said several companies were filing suit against me. I asked him what SS# he had on me and he said he could not give out that info but did say my address. As I tried to call him back he took my call but threatened me and hung up.
I also receive a phone call from the same person ,his name is Michael Shaw he tells u that u need to settle this account or else he said the U.S. Federal Marshals will be out the next day at my door. He wants u to get a prepaid card ( Green Dot ) from walmart and apply the money and then call him back with the serial number on the card. He keeps calling me constanly like every halfhour.He is very demanding and very nasty.he says he a lawyer and will make sure that this firm gets there money for there client.

Same thing happened to me this past Friday! This fake Michael shaw guy(with an Indian accent) said that he needed to speak with my attorney because I was being accused for some criminal charges and that he was gonna have the police arrest me and throw me in jail for 6 moths with a $5000 fine, he said that if I would pay him $300 immediately, that he was gonna drop the case and it'll be over. He was super demanding and kept threatening me that the police was going to arrest me! I called the police to speak with an agent and he said it was all a SCAM!!!! He might be doing this to like hundreds of more people!
