I had the same thing happen! He has called me 17 times so far today. He told me I must have my attorney call them ASAP. What ever happened with it since this post? Do you have any advice for me?

I just received a call from this number at my place of employment asking if I had an attorney. I said no, and then he said he would give me a number so I could call the attorney by them. I asked why I needed that number? He said so you could get more information about what the lawsuit is. I said, why aren't you able to tell me. Every time I would ask that he would say "huh?" So I would ask again, and he just kept saying I need to call this other number. I asked again, what is this specifically in regards to. And he hung up. Then right after, called me again. I quickly looked the number up online, and this page pulled up. I said, there's no need to call me anymore, I looked this number up and I see that this is just a scam; thanks for calling anyway, have a good day. And then II hung up. Pathetic.
Folks, This is basically the fallout from applying for an on-line PayDay Loan. These guys are all frauds likely calling using VOiP in the US. Most are calling from Pakistan or India. Fred Jones? MikeSmith? Do these idiots sound like that's there name? I also got a call from " American Legal Services" ( which BTW, doesn't exist ). First time, almost fell for it. Now I just have fun with them. I've answered calls with unintelligible foreign languages, Franks Garage, Road Kill Cafe...... Don't get worried. Get even! And have some fun.
This guy keeps calling my work. I found out about what was going on here. I called back from another number stating that i was an attorney. He then goes on to say that he is an attorney as well as a loan officer. That i will be throw in jail as well for aiding my client. He assumed that my client was female even after telling him it was a male. These people are straight idiots.
After reading about these guys i have been calling them every single day and just saying the most hateful things in my heart that i can say before they hang up lol i just feel like all the people they have harassed and cursed at they should see how it feels so if you have time and want a laugh call and use a fake name and pretend to be scared and just when they think that they can get the scam out release the kracken.
