This is a political robo call with very heavy religious undertones. It is Newt Gingrich's wife speaking on how America was founded by people who believe in God and how we need to get back to those times. It asked you to push "1" to speak with someone about a "donation" for a DVD. I have had a lot of political calls lately, but this is the first one asking for a donation.
From Connecticut - just got the same call: "Member Alert!" on caller ID, number was 202-243-7444 (a Washington, DC number), and hung up without leaving voice mail message.
This was a message from Newt Gingrich's wife, talking about a video about how God has been taken
out of America. She is making a special offer so we can get a copy of the video, to press 1 to get our
info. This was recorded in my answering machine.
You would think that God would open up the floor and swallow her and Newt, who carried on an affair for many years while he was still married to his second wife, who had MS. That they would utter the name of God is surprising. They have no shame.
