I received a phone call from 202 247 1239 telling me the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. The computer generated call indicated it was a final notice and that they have been trying to reach me..but this was the first call I have received. I dont think it is legit.
Received 4 calls from 202-247-1239 that state it is the irs and they are filing a law suit against us. Call ID identifies the caller as Emilio Herrera.
4 calls from 202-247-1239 w/ computer voicemails. Called back just to mess with them and they are cursing and hanging up on me. I blocked their number after the first two calls but they somehow were able to leave more voicemails without showing up in caller history.
I also got a call from this number. The message was incomplete and they called 3 times within a few hours. They also said that this would be the last time they were calling. They only said they were from the IRS the last time they called.
