Who called from 2023707463

This number called today.  I do not answer numbers with "unknown name" on caller id.  The answering machine picked up and no message was left.

Received a call today. Caller ID said:
202-370-7463
Washington  DC
Answered it thinking it might be a political survey.
A man started talking about "Veterans Support Foundation."
I declined to make a contribution and hung-up.
Went to Google and found a link to the organization.
Looking through other links it seems that the organization is financially questionable.

Do your research before you give away your money!

got a call while on vaca. they DID leave a message that they were the IRS, it is important they reach me, I must call them back to avoid further action. Tried to call them back, keep getting the voicemail. I left a message today to see if they call back. Will report them to the IRS.

I don't answer my phone until they identify who they are and why they are calling.  Just hang up when answering machine answers.

No VM.
