Called me 8/4/14 and 8/20/14.  Did not pick up, ID only says Washington DC.  No message.

Been calling all the time, I do not answer numbers I do nort know.  Even called today "Labor Day"!!!!
This has been on the news and it is a scam.  IRS does not call, they mail.  So stop answering them or you can answer and repeataly hit #9 and it will mess us their message.  Being on the no call l it's is a waste. Our whole country is a mess.
