Got a message saying that there was currently fraud action against me for check kiting. (They pronounced it check kidding.) They said that I should call their 888 # to avoid criminal action by my local authorities. Criminal action indeed
This company is searching for bank account information. We got an automated call from them that there was a problem with our checking account and that we needed to call them. This is a total scam. DO NOT give them any information.

Scavenger collection agency that violates collection laws. They are trying to collect a debt that is in Bankrupty protection. Told me I was a criminal and that I'd better "lawyer up" with a criminal lawyer as my Bankruptcy attorney would do me no good on passing bad checks.
