called and asked for a random name. i asked to put me on the no call list and was called a homo and a coward. completely unproffesional and rude. called after business hours during dinner. asked to speak to a supervisor and the supervisor called me names as well. Pissed.
Got a call from this number, left a message on my voice mail saying there was a "problem with my checking account." Called back, got some rough sounding guy saying he was with "Commonwealth"
and talking about a case, asked for somebody I've never heard of. I told them not to call again. Sound like a scam...either phishing for bank account numbers or scumbag collection agency. Hang up on them or don't answer if you see this number on your caller ID>
Just got a phone call. Let it go to voicemail. Said I had a corrupt problem in my checking account. Hate scammers. Didnt return phone call. Will call my bank though!
Recd a call from Commonwealth Investigations from this# as well as 202-400-3478. They give a callback# as 888-267-8555. L/M that there is an issue w/my checking acct, then lv a case#. From all the other posts, must be bottom-feeding collectors with time on their hands. Do not reply to them!

It's alwAys a different call back number. So I called my local authorities

Just received this message for the second time from Commonwealth and also advising a suit has been filed and to avoid issues with your local law enforcement to contact their number. First of all they are full of crap. But I would like to know more about this company - address - fax and any other information someone may have. I want to send a certified letter to them. I tried to the get the information from them and they would not even give their mailing address or where they were located due to the 911 attacks they said. (whatever) So if anyone has any ideas of their address and who I should contact to get these calls stopped please reply.
