called and asked for a random name. i asked to put me on the no call list and was called a homo and a coward. completely unproffesional and rude. called after business hours during dinner. asked to speak to a supervisor and the supervisor called me names as well. Pissed.
I received the same call at 10:50pm. No bill collector or anyone of a legal office would call that late. There are laws that state they cannot call you before 8am or after 8pm. It was also from the Commonwealth (commonwealth of what?) and said I should call them immediately to avoid legal action with local authorities. Major scam. The call came from District of Columbia. I ignore any phone numbers that I don't recognize.
I received a phone call late and it was a recording saying that I have commited some type of fraud and I need to contact this number with (888) something like that. I was soo scared and I was like I can go to prison for something that I did not even do. So i called back the District of colombia number that came up and some man answered saying Federal investigations so I hung up. Thank God that I have googled this number and found out that this is a scam. I really did scare me.
Been getting called as well, called local bank and different things cause i knew it had to be fake. Said a suit was filed and to call them as soon as possible. I got the call at 10pm. Now how creditable is that.
