Lots of phone have their own caller blocking.

If you can scroll through your calls and hit "save", you might see the option for "CallBlock." Just save it there.

If it works, the next time they call, you'll hear about a quarter second ring, and then the phone will hang up.

My phone's from Costco so it's nothing special.
