Heavily Indian accented woman claiming to be with the IRS. Obviously a scam. Even using a cell phone!

Got a call from a man with a heavy accent claiming to be from the IRS and that there was a problem with my taxes and that we need to call his supervisor to straighten it out. Definitely a scam. My fiancé called him back and he pretended that he didn't call and asked why we were calling him. He was speaking to a woman and saying we were harassing him when he called us! Needless to say, don't call the number he gives you!

Indian man left message with our service but gave Michelle Brown from the IRS. Phone number 202 506-9084.
When I called back, an Indian man answered. He would not give me Michelle Brown. He cursed at me and made very, very, sexual comments. Told me I was not going to be transferred to Michelle Brown until I answered his questions, such as did I want to get under his desk and....you can guess the rest.  It went on and on.  I let him go on to get it on tape.  I told him he was being taped and he said he did not care.  He called me every name in the book and continued with the sexual comments.
I reported it to the police.  I also left a message at the IRS number about the scam.

Indian woman claiming to be with the IRS asking for money when I asked for documented proof I owed she hung up.
