The caller, Amy Jordan, said that the IRS was suing me for because of problem between my 2009 to 2014 tax years. I asked to speak with her supervisor and than she hung up. I am going to the local IRS office in the morning and report this incidence of someone pretending to work for the IRS and tries to coerce people to pay.
They Left an automated message claiming to be from the IRS. Quote, " Hello, this call is officially a final notice from the IRS, Internal Revenue Service. The reason of this call is to inform you the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you. To get more information about this case file, please call immediately on our department number. Thank you." They got to be kidding. The message is so obvious that it's coming from a scam artist. I'm just sorry for those who are fooled. Hopefully , soon they will be caught and prosecuted.
