Claiming to be suing you or someone you know - I along with others have filed formal complaints with the FCC for this company. They are trying to get personal and financial info. I have asked them not to call me, but they think I know some Douglas guy who they claim to be taking to court...
Not everyone who doesn't pay their debts are a dead beat! Do you know everyone's life story or not unlike you obviously people have unforeseen problems that arise and you have to do what you can to take care of your family even if it's letting a payment go. Some people have to decide between paying a bill or putting food on the table for their kids. So next time before you throw the first stone you mihgt want to think about circumstances. Not everyone is born with a GOLD spoon in their mouth!
