Ben Smokin is a JERK. I've been told these people are scammers - IRG & Associates. Claiming to be suing you or someone you know - I along with others have filed formal complaints with the FCC for this company. They are trying to get personal and financial info. I have asked them not to call me, but they think I know some Douglas guy who they claim to be taking to court...
I work for the Texas Attorney General's office and I can tell you that they may indeed have your paperwork if you have not paid your loan. I also can tell you that it is illegal for them to charge the interest they are trying to charge you.
How did everything work out with the company? Are they legitimate and did they provide you with all of your paper work once everything was paid providing you with proof? The reason I'm asking is because they contacted me regarding a loan and I just want to make sure they are legitimate.
These people who call prey on new loan applications, get your number somehow, I just took a loan out as well, and all my "refrences" whose numbers I put down have been getting the same calls as well, many who are debt free.
Just ignore them,, Or if you are having a bad day entertainthem by being rude to them rather than friends or family...
