Rang once then stopped. Called back let rang 6 more times no answer and no voice mail

I have been getting annoying calls from 202-599-9084 every day i have a block on my phone fro time warner it is free when they call the phone rings once and the scammer gets cut off but even though they know my number is blocked the stupid retarted crooks low-lifes call any way they can call they will get blocked i am sure they will get the message like i said retarded a-holes,,,

When i call back the number it just keeps ringing no answer off course not they are criminal a-holes they will get caught sooner or later,a-holes,,

I have a block on my phone these scammers need to be caught they have the number and they dont know whos calling the police should be ordered to find out who these a-holes are so sick and tired thank god for my block block but they keep calling [***] piec of [***],,rot in helll=,,
