No, they are not!!! Don't give any information to them!!! They are f*&%^$g as#$&^#es trying to make easy money!!! I already submit a claim on Federal Trade Commission.

This scammer called me again - I spoke to the actual IRS by calling the number on their website and they said IRS agents will NEVER call people to discuss matters, only through USPS... this is a straight up scam, report it to the IRS immediately!! I did!!!
he says that he is from criminal investigation department of IRS...if this number and caller is Fake why isn't IRS doing anything about it??? he sounds so confident and picks up phone saying this is IRS how can I help u??
