I received a voicemail from a person by the name of "Danny Archer" from the Department of Treasury. He was calling about an "enforcement action" that I was to appear before a magistrate. Person used a threatening tone indicating I owed money. Obviously a bogus call but for someone not familiar with these calls they may call this person back and give them money. Please be aware that the Department of Treasury/IRS will not call or email you, they will send a letter!! I have heard countless stories of people using "Green Dot" prepaid cards and sending the information over to the scammers.

I had this call today and he left a message( left message and that there was a US Treasury case filed against me), I called back and there is just noise. Looks chinese guy.
I just received a call from an indian woman claiming her name is Carol Gibbs. She said that this call was from the Department of Treasury. I even heard a dog barking in the background. I told her that I would not provide any information until she told me what this was about. She got all choked up and said I need the phone number from which you received the call from. I told her if she called me then she should already have the number. Again, she paused and said I need your information first. I told her that I was going to call her back after I verify this is really the treasure department and hung up.
Received this on my landline voicemail: "This is regards to an enforcement action by the US Treasury intending your serious attention. Ignoring this will be an additional second attempt to avoid initial appearance before a magistrate judge or the grand jury for a federal criminal offense. I advise you to cooperate with us and help us to help you. Thank you and have a blessed day.”
After reading through this I see that it is a scam so I'm not going to call back,
