i have been getting these same phone calls and im starting to wonder if they got my phone # from the company i have my cell with does any one else have T-MOBILE maybe there is a connection .
I started getting scam calls EVERY DAY right after I registered with a job agency. The above number called me today and left no message. People, some hardwon advice for you: be careful (if you are looking for work) about registering with certain job agencies. I use Indeed.com to job search, and it's a good site; however, there are some scammers advertising jobs on that site. In particular, watch out for GloCap. They offer these amazing jobs, for which you have to apply on their website. You upload your resume to their site, and then fill out the rest of your information. (Legitimate job agencies and companies who are hiring do this, too, which is why I wasn't suspicious at first.) HOWEVER! After entering all my information and clicking "submit," I got an error message. I tried entering everything again--and then I got the same error message. When I went home to try again, the same error message appeared. I sent an email to the address listed on the error message, but I never got any reply. I looked at the GloCap site, and even though it looks pretty professional, I discovered some fishy things upon closer inspection. Anyway, I realized that the GloCap "business" was just a front--they are primarily engaged in phishing and selling private information. Ever since registering with them, the scam calls come daily. So, be careful about registering with certain job agencies--some are good and totally legit; others are crooks. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH GLOCAP.
