Received call on a Saturday afternoon from some guy from India saying his name was Ron Black from the IRS and he was going To charge me with tax evasion. I told him his there's no way that his name is Ron Black and it's probably something something I couldn't pronounce and that he probably has one of those little dots on his forehead.
Received two calls this morning - did not answer either and did not get any voicemail. I've been plagued for the last two months with mutiple calls/multiple numbers from people claiming to be the IRS with threats they were coming to arrest me. to date I have not been arrested...

rcvd garbled hard-to-understand threatening call from an "Officer Ron Black of the IRS" who demanded a return call or "they" would be filing a case against me "at the courthouse." despite being in the midst of identity theft issues with the IRS (i am a victim of the ID theft), i'm obviously not returning his call, clearly a scam (at best). might be legally actionable.
