Same as everyone else. It's a computer generated message.  I'd call them back just to waste their time.  So sad they are able to scam some people.

I got a call stating the irs had a lawsuit against me for my taxes from 2010-2016 I'm 19 and only filled last year...  Stating my case number was CF 93271...

I also got a call from this number stating that they are with the IRS.  I happened to take the call and they said that there was a problem with my taxes and that I didn't pay enough for the past 5 years.  I had to laugh because I live on disabilit and don't file taxes.  After telling them that he didnt know what to do and that he would call me back.  I had to laugh because as we all know the IRS sends letters, they do not call you, especially in the evening after 4 p.m.

Same as everyone else. Left a message from the IRS that there is a criminal case being filed against me.

They claimed to be an Attorney with the IRS and I had a criminal case against me
