It's not mandatory to have a conversation with these con artists, and certainly do NOT bother threatening them. No participation on your end causes them more anger than anything. Good work debunking this joker, but having no kind of conversation will serve you better. If you're immediately threatened, just hang up, especially if it's a foreigner on the other end.
IRS called stating that I owed 5,000.00 in tax's and penalties from 2010 to 2015. I am a disabled vet and have been unable to work sense 2000. They threatened with legal action. Funniest thing is that I had difficulty understanding and asked where he was from and his answer Pakistan

they have called me 5 times today I blocked them but they still leave a message I think it is crazy . the irs doesn't call you demanding money so I know it is a scam.
