I got a call stating they have a criminal lawsuit against me. Case no; CF 93271. They left a message but didn't say who they were or where they were from
Funny they called me gave me the exact same case number and said if I didn't call a officer wild man with irs back then I'd be in jail. First off if someone is in trouble they don't provide everyone with the same case number. It's a scam!!
More like see if you answer in any way again. Why would you bother calling the number back? None of what they're claiming is issued over the phone, indicating a call not to be taken seriously. If there's no kind of answer from the numbers they call, they've got nobody to threaten. That eventually gets on their nerves enough to where they quit wasting time calling you. If you are able to miss calls, it's a big help. You can shut this joker up by letting your phone ring.
This [***] did the same to me say the very same crap..when I told him I would have my attorney deal with, he tried to talk me out og it..and I said I would call the court house he said that the case hadn't been filed yet..the things people will do to try to get over on folks.
