Called and said they were from the summons agency and that they were going to send out law enforcement unless we call because of fraudulent activity charged against me. Called back and they could not give me any info unless I provided my SSN. Scam.
Just happened to me about sending out, services said I had did some type of crime. These same people have been calling, for a year. But on my free phone, now they have started on this one. Today on my way out, going to file a police report. This is just bad when lazy, no good for nothing people, try to get something for nothing.
I just got a call from them 10 min ago. Said I have a case number and they are filing charges in my county "Lake County". I called the clerk of courts, and I have nothing filed against me. They want money, and can't even provide the original creditors number exact name or address to me.
