They call me from at least 6 different numbers so far. I block them . I also forward them to my Attorney Generals Office. Let them answer it. This is the first time I called them back. Used a lot of swear words and vulgar descriptions. Hung up. They will call me back just to spite me. Or swear back at me. Some folks will get nervous and give them what they want. If you give them any info they will steal your identity. Do not give them your SS #. There is no mention of who is actually calling. As in Police Department. Local court. No one is going to call you "before" they send you a summons. They will send it. This is not a debt collection agency. There is no fraud on your part. The elderly will fall for it. And they know it. Having said that I am 71 years old.

They just called me now & also yesterday & also a relative of mine ... I called them right back & they said the same things as everyone on here has said...I told them to contact my lawyer...Told me that it was way past lawyers... So I hung up on them...Where is my summons?...Scam Scam Scam....
I want to report this number they continuously harass me calling from different numbers as I report and block them they then call from a new number I'm tired of this s*** I'm going to get to the bottom of whoever has sold my information or sold my phone number which is ridiculous ultimately that's what's going on. Be careful when you go online to apply for schools because I believe this is where its coming from bogus schools that's how they get people to commit to giving some information because every out looking for grants
