Same call, same 2 counts, same exact everything. I'm currently on probation, following every rule and obligation , so this call scared the hell out of me. Thank God for this site!!
Answered phone call from 202-972-8900. Call was for Rodney Sellers. The auto message gave me a reference number and the call back of the number they called in on. I get calls from all over the US due to my profession. This needs to be hunted down and stopped! Really has me ticked. They are very lucky I am no where near DC. If I were near there, I would end up with charges eventually!
they called my mom yesterday and today. I spoke to them but they won't give me documentation on an apparent payday loan from 2004. I refuse to pay, they have called back twice since then. When I called them today and told them to stop calling me and mother he cussed at me and told me I was insecure.
Check your state for payday loans, if such are legal.
From 2004? Check your credit reports, if it shows up, file a dispute with the credit agency, statue of limitations is past on such a debt.
I got a call from this number today and several over the weekend. Very annoying as it is a scam. The lady says I am about to be served for fraudulent activity. Hilarious. These people have even called my grandmother telling her that I was in jail. I wish there was a way to catch these crooks. Pathetic losers.
