i reported it to our local Consumer Affairs department.
This is a scam...i am also contacting Trade Commission

I received a call from this number today. I called the number back and was told that I was being arrested and sent to court for some fraud of Bank First. I told him that I knew nothing of the bank and that there was some misunderstanding here. He wanted to verify the last four digits of my SSN. He knew those four numbers and now I am very distraught that maybe my identity has stolen. Is it highly unlikely that he could be exact on this? That is my concern at this point. When he could supply no information to me and put me on hold and said that he was setting up to record the conversation, (a lengthy wait) , I realized that it was a scam and hung up. Then is when I googled it. Blocking..
Have been getting calls from this.number and many others. The calls are automated leaving messages saying i am being summoned for 2 counts of fraud against my name and ss#. When i tell them i have already read up on their ph#'s and have reported them to our local sheriff dept and state attorneys they get belligerent telling me i should be ashamed for not paying my bills. I have no unpaid bills or charges against me. This # the girl aswered intel direct, lynette speaking. This time i told them they had the wrong # and i don't know the person they are looking for. Lol. Other numbets leave auto message saying the person is karen Bentley. When u call them that perdon is never available as she is the summons server. I tell them i know they ate a scam and have reported them, and of course i get cussed out every time. I block yheir ph#'s. I also block my ph# before i call them to tell them i have reported them lol. Lot's of fun getting back at them. Lol.
Looks like our friend Karen Bentley gone scamming again. Now they call themselves Intell Direct, or something like that. Same old , same old, group of white collar criminals that go around calling people up and saying there are “charges” against them. Usually there are supposed to be two fraud charges (they love that two charge nonsense) and that these charges are going brought in your county. They change CID and phone numbers all the time and nobody has been able to find them.
They will not ID themselves properly; they usually say “processing division” or some such other totally meaningless phrase when you ask who they are.
If they have a valid debt, tell them to send you a debt validation letter by US mail. E-mail no good. Of course they won’t do this, so just ignore them and block their calls.
I just received a call as well. Same thing. However, I have automatic call recording so I recorded them and let them know they were being recorded. I said that I looked them up to see them as scam. The man, Brian I believe, became very angry, I then asked to speak with a supervisor. His name was Nicholas Grant.
