It was a missed call so Ii called the number back. They claimed that since I visited one of their affiliate websites I won a $100 gift card. Press "1" to receive your card adn "2" to be placed on their do-not-call list. Think about it. Even if you visited a website they don't know what your cell phone number is or your home phone. Right away that's a red flag that it is a scam.
I reported them to the FCC under the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY website and I also went to the FBI website and reported them to the FBI as committing a crime which they are doing.
Their violations of the Law include: Invalid Caller ID, no human to talk to when you call back the number, calling you without your permission, claiming you visited their website and that's why they are calling. If our Government would do their job and prosecute these morons and put them into prison this nonsense would stop.
I get hundreds of scammer and spammer calls every month/year. Download Mr. Number blocker and block them all, it just hangs up on them. 202-796-2059 called me 01-30-2015 but hung up on them.
Just called me and before I could answer it said missed call. Figured if someone wants to talk to me they will call back I am not chasing people down to talk.
