I just received a call from this number. They left a message saying "congratulations member" and stating that I had been "approved" for a credit card and to call back to activate the card. I suspect a scam, but either way I am registered on the national do not call list and have been for at least a good month and probably two.
This call comes up as being from the District of Columbia and it's a political inof gathering company of some sort.
I get at least 4 calls from this number a day!!!! They want me to answer a political questionaire.
I have asked over and over again to be taken off of this list.
Today, I spoke to a supervisor, "Chris".
He explained that unless I answer this questionaire, I will continue to get these calls...Because this is a computerized system, the only way to stop getting calls is to answer.
I explained this is bullying and he spoke over me, "Well that's all of the questions I have for today please call blah blah blah" and hung up.
I am so irritated and as far as I'm concerned, to get between 4 and 6 calls from these people every day, on my cell phone, is harrassment.
They keep calling me even though I told them not to call me. Worst thing is they call on my cell phone during working hours at work and it's annoying. I want to know how to stop them.
I have no idea how these people got my phone number, i do not put it on anything or give it out to anyone... they call me at least 3 times a day and have been doing so for over a month. I just reported them
