This is Lisa from the original post above. Received a call at 10am EST on May 26th, 2015 from 202-836-8017. Again! Especially bizarre considering I have put this phone number on my rejection/blocked list! I double-checked it and yes, it's on there, so I don't know how it got through to ring me. I did not answer but there was a message, sounded like it could be a fax?? No one said anything just a weird sound. Definitely something fishy since my phone system didn't block it as it should have.
Rec'd call from 202-836-8017 at 955am Central time on 22 May 2015, a delayed response to answering but then a woman states, " I don't want to hear it," twice, and then hangs up. Never seen this number before, didn't recognize the voice. Just putting this out there
