They call several times a day on my cell phone. When I callled back to find out who it was, they aswered "IC Systems". Apparently, this is a collection agency. I do not owe money, but they will not remove my name from their list. It is impossible to confuse them with the facts, since they are hell-bent on acting obnoxious. Blocked the number; they can KMA.
