I received a phone call from this number at 8:53 PM this evening, Mon. 12/17. The man insisted he needed to speak with me, Gene, but I am hard of hearing on the phone. I handed the phone to my wife and the man insisted he needed to speak with me. My wife told him I am hard of hearing and could she help. He said he had a message Gene needed to listen to. I, his wife, told him he could not hear it and could I help he. He thanked me, the wife, for my time and promptly hung up.
This number calls frequently. They want me to give them money. It may be a scam. I told them that I do not give money or information to people I do not know who call. They claim they are calling for Century Link. I would think Century Link would notify a customer if the were employing these people to call customers. How strange. I deal with Century Link directly and pay any bills through them. This IC thing called when my husband was in the hospital and will keep repeating the calls. I consider it harassment and possibly fraud.
Debt collection for Century link. They continue to call my phone even though I have told them several timea that I am not the person they are looking for and that they have the wrong number
