If you do not owe any debts, then they apparently have a wrong number. File a complaint with your state Office of Attorney General, Consumer Protection to get the calls stopped. If you're not sure if you owe a debt, check your credit reports to see if a debt appears on there. Make sure you recognize it and it belongs to you. If you find no debts that would result in collection calls, file the complaint with your state Office of Attorney General. www.annualcreditreport.com is the only truly free annual credit report. You can go on there once a year and get copies of all 3 of the national credit reports.
I told them to shut off the phone line, they did not FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE to keep racking up the bill. I told them to remove me from their calling list, if they need to send it to collections or continue further action then do it. DO NOT WANT THE 7- 10 CALLS A DAY ANYMORE. I do not have the money to pay it. So there is nothing I can do.

I do not owe them any money & there is no reason a debt collector has any business contacting me.
I live in the Greensboro, NC area & am a victim of 10 years of Government Harassment/Stalking, so far.
Corporations, Government Contracting Firms, Military Contractors ect...are all participating in harassing innocent people. Vendictive people (connected people) can submit names of exspouse, problem neighbors, anyone they are jealous of or is otherwise in their way/or the Government's way. It's a revenge service.
The harassing phone calls coming from this company may or may not be part of this.
I get MANY strange phone calls and have for many years since I left my former husband, in my case, the harassing phone calls are only a small part of the harassment I deal with on a daily basis.
I am keeping records of all these strange calls. You can go to your local Police Station & file a report, if you get too annoyed. Hope this may help someone.
called several times stated they are IC Systems, I do not know of that company, I owe nothing, I think it is linked with Century Link, they just said owe 155.00 and do I want to put it credit card today, when I asked what this was for they hung up, STOP CALLING, I will not answer, and by the way if you don't they do not leave a message. end of subject.they always calls me late at niught.
