I've been getting calls all day from this number, what do you think.

Answered a call and it was a political survey fairly quick, 2 minutes. Wanted to know what I thought of my congressman and obama.

My cell number that this call came in on is registered with the national no call list?  
Is this a robo-dialer?  Called back....from AFLCIO, everyone is busy now......so I hung up.  If they are looking for an opinion on my congressman...there is not a lot I can say in a public forum.  His name?
