Who called from 2032012000

We have a legit customer that calls from Israel and this # shows up as well.  I also agree with this statement:

"When a calling party/carrier has not provided CLID or modified it to an unusable format, the calling party number is substituted with the NPANXX for the switch through which the call is being routed. 2032012000 is a switch facility in Connecticut."

called 10 times in an hours. i never answer numbers i don't know though and didn't leave any messages.

1-203-201-2000 I'm getting calls on my cell phone from this number. I only answer calls I recognize.

I got a call from this number and it was someone in Israel calling me. The phone ID showed NEW HAVEN, CT 1-203-201-2000. The guy was asking for money, some weirdo.

This number shows up everyday on my caller ID, but leaves no message.
