Who called from 2050245698

I got a message from the number that said it was the IRS and they were suing me. Caller id also said Alabama

No, he means the first digit in the set of numbers after the area code. In this case it is '0'.  205 is the area code and the second set of #s is 024. A legitimate # would start the second set with a zero.
