I just contacted the Clanton Alabama police department and the lady that answered stated unless the police department calls you and tell you will be arrested then you wont be. I am in Wisconsin why is an Alabama Investigator calling me? Then he hangs up or is never available when I do call back.
If anyone has this problem it is indeed a scam and fraud. I have decided to call these people multiple times a day to piss them off i read onlne it all starts by applying for a loan or a fraud credit card. Everyone if you want a loan do not apply on line first off if you do it your eamil will be spammed by over 20 diffrent loan companys when applying for a credit card make sure the credit card shows a visa or master card symboly. i call these guys multiple times a day to piss them off. i have called them and told them yes i am zac from dallas county and you will be arrested if you do not pay your debt. i love pissing these kinda people off i also applied for loans online using there phone number so there continuing to be spammed by loan people ts quite funny and i know there not happy. I have used there numbers for websites selling viagra and male enchancment pills so to everyone i hope i made your day by doing all of this for yall. ;)
wow i thought i was the only one that was getting this message. got a voice message saying police on the way to my home to arrest me for owning their good friend and law partner charles smith then it changed to mark smith. that my kids were being put in foster homes because i was such a bad mother. by the way my kids are in their 30's so come and get them please. also said i was being arrested at once because of this bad bill i owned first off there s no prisons in the US for bad bills that was done away with in the 1800's. and the social security card number they use s not mine. they started this after i applied for a payday loan on line. i have contacted Federal fair trade commisioners office which tells me unless i have all the names and address of the company they can not do any thing about it. so today when they call for the umtenth time i told them go ahead and send the police so that i could sue them for false arrest. they hung up at once. also they left me a very bad message on my cell phone which i am saving for the police. you can not understand them it is a scam trying to get money for their illegal operations. yes i want to be included in the class action lawsuit and i am also contacting the attorney gernerals office for our state and i suggest all parties involved do the same they are operating out of alabama. so contact that states AGOffice as well as the Federal Fair trade commissioners office if we get enough people complaining they will do something/ also call the FBI fraude division and tell them what is going on and they will also put a stop to it as this money they extrote from people s going the people that are attacking our US troops. even contact the CIA.
Yet another person here that has received a nasty, terrifying call from "Attorney David Williams" at "District Court" in Clanton, AL stating I am goingo be arrested today if I don't pay x amount...but would not tell me on whose behalf he was calling, and that he was not "forcing" me to pay, he was trying to help me. SOO glad I checked it out first. There IS NO "DEBTOR'S PRISON"... Please do not let this person intimidate you into giving money.
yea this (david WILLIAM CALLED ME ALSO SAYING I WAS GOING TO GET ARRESETED BC I OWE A CREDITOR AND THAT I HAD TO DO 90 DAYS IN JAIL WITHOUT BOND.. I CALLED BACK AND NO ANSWER. I EVEN LEFT A MESSAGE, NO ANSWER, SOON AS I BLOCKED THE CALL HE ANSWERED TALKING BOUT HE WAS FROM THE ATTORNEYS OFFICE IN ALABAMA AND SOMEM ABOUT MY CREDIT REPORT AND EVERYTHING. I CALLED HIS BEEEEP BACK AND LORD FORGIVE ME.. I CUSSED HIM OUT. ARE THEY ALLOWED TO DO THIS/?????? I
