Its a shame that this is allowed to continue. Specially when we have to do all the work to get the full name and address ( which we have to pay for) then give it to the AG office for the state we live in and also the Federal Fair Trade Commissioners office. They get paid through our tax dollars to protect us from these scammers. Yet we have to put out the money to do their leg work.. This guy who you can not understand continues to call me from 6 am pacific standard time till about 10pm PS time. up to 10 times a day. he did operate out of San Fran. CA. but it got to hot for him so they moved to Alabama. It was charles smith them mark smith now it some mr. david williams. It is against law to act as an attorney, or office of the law. every one involved here needs to let the AG office of their state and the Federal Fair Trade Commissioners office, as well as the FBI and the CIA and your local police department what is going on and if you live in an area that has a Television report Iike King Call for Action out of Seattle WA call them and they will air this and it will get handled. this is a major scam and you would not believe the number of people that allow these people to go into their checkings and savings accounts and clean them out. They tell you, your kids are going to be taken away from you, you are going to jails for months without bail. come on you can not be held in jail for more than so many hours with out going before a judge. this is not a third world country where you can go to jail for no reason at all and kept there for every. plus the US done away with prisons for bad bills in the 1800's. If we unite we can run these scammers out of the US.
RECEIVED A CALL FROM "DAVID WILLIAMS" AT 1-205-258-1111.SAID I"D BE ARRESTED IF I DON'T PAY $1,859.WON'T TELL WHAT BUSINESS IS MAKING THESE "CHARGES" AGAINST ME.AND WON"T GIVE ME ANY PAPERWORK UNTIL IT"S PAID IN FULL,WITH A GREEN DOT MONEY PAK.
he called and said he was leo fernandez saying i owe 1800 for payday loans and student loans that I don't have. When I called him out on it he called me a [***] and told me to come over and [***]. I set him off when he realizedI wasnt going to pay him anything and called him ascammer . Since then I have posted this number all over facebook and people are calling them.
I got a call from this same person threating me with the police coming to my house and may GOD bless me. He will not give me any information on the debt at all and I told him to stop calling he has now even called my job and left messages on my answering service. I just looked the number up and he is a con for sure!! I refuse to pay anything! Thanks for all the info everyone.
